Tanjeema Bahar Khan

With over a decade of experience in early years education and childcare, Tanjeema founded Tanjeema Childcare with one clear vision — to create a safe, loving, and inspiring environment where every child can thrive.

Her professional journey combines academic excellence with genuine compassion. As an Ofsted-registered childminder, CACHE Level 3 Early Years practitioner, and graduate in Health and Care Management, Tanjeema brings both heart and expertise to her work.

Every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and cherished. When we nurture with love and guide with patience, learning becomes a joyful journey — not just for children, but for all of us who care for them.
